Awards

There will be prizes for the top three male and female lifters competing in a classic (raw) full-power division, based on their performances scored by IPF GL points (what are IPF GL points?)

Athletes

• Bench blocks will be provided on request, in approximately 5cm (2″), 10cm (4″), 20cm (8″) or 30cm (12″) heights.

Media

Professional media coverage will be available.

A free livestream will be available on YouTube.

• Spectators may film athletes only if they have received express consent to do so.
• Spectators and coaches may not use cameras with detachable lenses.

Rules

• The competition will be run according to IPF technical rules. Have a question about the rules? Contact us.
• All athletes are required to hold an active Powerlifting America membership to compete.
• All athletes are required to use equipment that meets the IPF technical rules. Equipment that is on the IPF approved list is not required, but is recommended. Not sure if your equipment meets the rules? Contact us.
